Apple Mac users are being urged to update their devices to macOS Big Sur 11.3, which patches a dangerous vulnerability that could allow malware. 


How to update your Mac OS

  1. Back up your device. 
  2. Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu (apple icon at the top lefthand corner of your screen).
  3. Click Software Update to check for updates.
  4. If any updates are available, click the Update Now button to install them. Or click “More info” to see details about each update and select specific updates to install. 
  5. Continue updating your OS until your device is using macOS 11.3 or higher.
