As you may be aware, the recent lightning storm has compromised the efficient running of a few local businesses. One of our major medical clients was hit hard by the storm causing many technical issues.
As our systems are engineered to be versatile and adaptive, we were able to reconnect their telephony infrastructure with the VOIP server from our office. This brought their essential technology back on line with limited inconvenience and little professional downtime. We ensured the medical business continued to run smoothly and efficiently while the insurance claims were made, new specialist server hardware sourced, re-built and re-installed.
